A few weeks after we brought our pup Zia home from the SPCA, we were spending a lot of time training and socializing her... and something occurred to me: When we’re training our dogs — aren't they are also training us?

So I made a short film about it. Human Training  follows our little Zia’s exercises in emotional manipulation while she works to “train” her new human friends.

A passion project, and a great excuse to cut & animate to one of my favorite Cowboy Bebop tracks.
